ASAN Green-works is our furniture retail outlet in partnership with Green-Works. The
outlet is situated in a former Victorian-era Boot Factory, a listed building, and has been set up in order
to provide low-cost office furniture to charities, educational institutions, community and voluntary
organisations and small and start-up businesses. By buying furniture from us, you are stopping valuable materials going to landfill,
reducing the need for new resources and creating valuable employment and training opportunities.
Every year around 30,000 tonnes of office equipment alone is sent to
land fill - WHAT A WASTE!!!
Every desk that we pass on, we divert around 110kg of waste from landfill.
1/2 tonne of raw materials are used to produce just one office desk.
1 tonne recycled paper saves 17 average-sized trees and surrounding habitat.
