Board of Management
ASAN is a charitable company with a board structure that enables election of both residents and representatives of local organisations.The directors are responsible for the overall direction and policy of the organisation.Board meetings are held six times a year with the annual general meeting being held in November.The board reviews its social accounts and business plan every year in late January/early February. Board meetings are generally private meetings although interested residents are encouraged to enquire about being envolved.
In addition to the charitable company, ASAN has established a wholly owned subsidiary, ASAN Management Services Ltd which is it's trading arm.The trading arm is required to covenant its surplus funds at the end of each year to the charity.
At the Annual General Meeting on the 27th November 2009, the new Board of ASAN consists of the follwoing members: -
