Future Plans:

Taking up the concerns of residents, owners and landlords who have complained about lack of security and privacy, due to the shared accesses and split-gardens at the rear of the properties, the Phoenix Project is embarking on an exciting pilot scheme in 2007 which will involve

a) garden clearance

b) new fencing

c) new security measures

d) re-designing of rear accesses

Funding for this work has been identified and it is hoped that it will be piloted in the All Saints Road and Vicarage Road area.  Please click here for a drawing providing some details on how the scheme would work. [link to scanned picture attached]
