Project Evaluation, we undertook a comprehensive evaluation of the impact, performance and possible improvements of the Sahil befriending & counselling project for a two year period. This involved a mix of both primary & secondary research as well as organising and carrying out extensive community consultation.

Comprehensive evaluation of ReBuild Community Builders Project. A project focused on addressing labour shortage within construction industry through recruiting BME trainee and providing them with training and work experience in construction skills. Commission jointly delivered with RB Research.
WATMOS Community Homes Ltd
Undertook a large scale (500 plus) housing and quality of life satisfaction survey of Black and Minority Ethnic tenants linked to a major social housing provider in Walsall. The project involved training and engaging resident researchers to deliver some of the fieldwork.
Birmingham Voluntary Service Council – Third Sector Assembly Impact Assessment
ASAN Consultancy undertook a full impact assessment of the work of the Assembly over its lifetime.
This involved an in-depth review of the assembly’s outputs and outcomes. We also performed a stakeholder consultation to investigate how organisations have been impacted upon by the Assembly. We presented a summative impact report along with case studies.
Wolverhampton City Council Policy Team
We performed a telephone survey of 500 people to gather feedback on the Wolverhampton Community Plan. Presented a report summarising results and breaking down by ward, ethnicity, etc.
Moseley Estate Wolverhampton
Young People’s Leisure & Training Needs Research. Conducted focus groups and street based survey with young people in the area to identify their training and leisure preferences.
