Notice of General Meeting to be held at The Workspace, All Saints Road. Wolverhampton, WV2 1EL On: Wednesday April 26th at 12.30pm
The Board and Directors of All Saints Action Network Ltd (ASAN) give notice of a General Meeting of ASAN for the purpose of making a resolution to amend the Articles of Association of the All Saints Action Network Ltd as follows:
“ That is resolved that: Articles 4 & 33 of the Articles of Association be deleted and replaced
as follows
Current Article 4: Individual members, shall be individual persons aged 18 and over
living or working in the area of benefit.
Amended Article 4: Individual members, shall be individual persons aged 18 and over
living in the area of benefit.
Current Article 33: ASAN has a Board of Directors comprising not less than ten and not
more than sixteen persons as follows:-
33(d) not more than two persons appointed by Wolverhampton City Council;
Amended Article 33: Remove 33(d) “no more that two persons appointed by
Wolverhampton City Council.”
