All Saints Nursery Staff work in partnership with parent/carers in order to provide consistency of care. An awareness of the various cultural, religious and ethnic backgrounds, dietary requirements, special needs and differences in childcare practices are also taken into consideration.
All staff liaise with parents on a daily basis at the beginning and at the end of the day, ensuring that the parent/carer is confident of the quality of care and education their child is receiving. Parents are always informed of any events and Parent Consultations that are going to take place. We operate an Open Door Policy and parents can always discuss anything they may be unsure of.
Home Learning will be based around the topics in the 3-5’s room and during the months of June and July it will be focusing on the transition to school.
A newsletter will be accessible for the parents whose children are starting in September highlighting topics concerning starting school. The children in the Terrific Tiggers room have a Learning Journal that they complete at home and then bring into the Nursery.
Every year parents are asked to complete a questionnaire regarding the service that is provided for their children.
